Our Packages
In the spring, our service technicians perform a flow test to ensure the integrity of your system. We repair any leaks or breaks in the sprinkler lines, as well as adjust and clean all sprinkler heads. The timer is reprogrammed, and the backup battery is tested and, if needed, replaced. In the fall, to prevent damage from freezing, an irrigation system must be prepared for the winter season. Our service technicians use an air compressor calibrated to deliver a high volume of air at low pressure to blow out the lines to prevent winter damage. Winterizing is necessary for every lawn irrigation system.
Gold Package

Maximum 1 man-hour per visit (or 2 men @ 30 mins). Deluxe program with spring start-up, 1 visit to monitor and adjust system operation for prevailing weather, fall shutdown to prepare the system for winter. The cost of all new parts and labour exceeding one hour is not included and will be charged extra
Platinum Package

Maximum 1 man-hour per visit (or 2 men @ 30 mins). Package includes spring start-up and 3 timely visits for summer months to check system operation and reset for prevailing weather as this helps to conserve water and spot small problems before they become big ones and concludes with a fall shut down to prepare the system for winter. The cost of all new parts and labour exceeding one hour is not included and will be charged extra.
Backflow Preventer Test

The bylaws state that backflow prevention devices can have wear and tear and must be tested at least once a year to ensure they’re working properly. They can only be tested by a certified tester. The test helps to ensure our drinking water is protected from external contamination. The backflow test can be added to any Irrigation Package.

Maintenance services will be performed between May 1st and November 30th, weather permitting.

Package holders have top priority when they need service.

Package holders are entitled to a 10% discount on parts and a 10% discount on labour.

The cost of all new Parts and Labour exceeding one hour is not included in any of the above programs and will be charged extra.

The minimum requirement to maintain your 5-year warranty (after installation) is the Silver Package.

In the event, that customer is not home for a scheduled visit, and the technician cannot perform the service and will have to return, there will be a return service call fee.

All Packages have to be prepaid; winterizing will only be done if the account is current.
